LOS ANGELES - Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and President Bill Clinton will announce an initiative to retrofit all of Los Angeles' residential street lights with energy-efficient LED lights on Presidents' Day. Over five years, the City will retrofit all 140,000 of its residential street lights with energy-efficient LED lights, saving 40,500 tons of CO2 emissions and $10 million annually.
