In addition to Monday nights at (6pm in CA) with Oprah & Eckhart, we created a local reading group, as Oprah and Eckhart suggested. And we decided to have it at 10:15am on Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat immediately following our 9am yoga class!! ...it gives us something yummy to talk about after class every day!
